Chapter 53 - Kindling Solace (Poem) - Strength for the Journey
What once in halting, fitful slumber,
Felt amiss midst stumbling plunder,
Of others, true, ourselves yet more,
Blinking, stretching, alive in wonder,
Stoking fires smoldering under,
Concrete hedges, 'gates of splendor',
Did we ever, lose or suffer?
Can we hope past such great blunder?
In Truth we can, we must, we will,
So bad, 'tis not, nor volume ended,
Curtains climb, leaping higher,
Nothing's over, Grand Opening's hither!
